SENIOR B2B SALES EXECUTIVE

A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop B2B customers who need warehouse rental and Fulfillment services (order processing services) in the e-commerce sector across Southeast Asian markets.

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors.

  • Negotiate and persuade customers toward signing service contracts.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to deliver the best service to clients.

  • Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Team Leader/Sales Manager.

C. REQUIREMENTS

1. Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, including at least 1 year in Logistics, Warehousing, E-commerce, Export–Import, or similar service industries—especially Fulfillment.

  • Strong passion and enthusiasm for sales.

2. Additional Requirements

  • College degree or higher.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Basic Chinese communication ability or HSK5 certification is a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, able to build and maintain business relationships effectively.

  • Honest, responsible, quick learner, friendly, and sharp-minded.

  • Willing to travel for business; good appearance is a plus.


WORKING INFORMATION

  • Workplace: Gold Tower, 275 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

  • Working hours: Monday – Saturday morning, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
