RECRUITMENT TEAM LEADER

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. General Information

  • Job Title: Recruitment Team Leader
  • Department: Human Resources (HR Department)
  • Reports to: HR Director
  • Workplace: 275 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday morning
    (Break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
  • Preferred age: Priority for candidates born in the 90s (Gen 9x)

2. Job Objective

Responsible for building recruitment plans, execution strategies, and optimizing all recruitment activities to ensure timely, high-quality staffing aligned with the company’s development strategy.

3. Key Responsibilities

3.1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual/quarterly/monthly hiring plans aligned with business and workforce planning.

  • Build and implement Employer Branding strategy through internal communication, social media, events, workshops, and partnerships with universities.

  • Analyze labor market trends in Fulfillment – Logistics – E-commerce and propose talent acquisition strategies.

3.2. Recruitment Operations

  • Manage the recruitment team (3–7 members), ensuring hiring quality and timelines.

  • Directly handle senior positions, specialized roles, and mass hiring initiatives for warehouse, telesales, order operations, and delivery teams.

  • Apply AI in recruitment (CV automation, chatbot, assessment tools, smart ATS).

  • Standardize interview and assessment processes.

  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

3.3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and monitor recruitment KPIs.

  • Analyze data to propose process improvements and enhance team performance.

  • Provide regular hiring and labor-market reports to the Board of Directors.

3.4. Team Management & Development

  • Train and mentor recruiters on interview techniques, competency-based assessment, and employer branding skills.

  • Develop team capability and foster a productive, positive work culture.

3.5. Other Tasks

  • Ability to travel internationally (Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.) for regional recruitment projects.

  • Participate in other HR functions: training, performance evaluation, policy development.

  • Base salary: 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND/month + Recruitment bonus

III. REQUIREMENTS

1. Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Team Leader

  • Fluent English communication (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+)

2. Preferred Qualifications

  • Technology: Able to apply AI in recruitment (Canva, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV-screening tools, assessment tools, etc.)

  • Management Skills: Team leadership, strong planning, monitoring, and process optimization skills

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, logical thinking, negotiation ability, and problem-solving skills

  • Mobility: Able to travel domestically and internationally when required
