TELESALES STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION

GIP is looking for motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Staff to join our team in Quezon City. The role is responsible for contacting customers, introducing services, supporting sales activities, and achieving assigned KPIs.

1. Customer & Sales Support

Input and update customer order information, including product, quantity, price, and delivery details.
Make outbound calls to introduce and advise customers on products and services based on marketing-provided data.
Understand customer needs and provide professional phone-based customer service.
Execute sales activities according to the Sales Department’s business plan.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage them to use our services.
Follow up with customers and support the achievement of sales targets.
Take responsibility for assigned KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good computer and typing skills.
Good communication, consulting, and customer service skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
Previous experience in Sales or Telesales is an advantage.

BENEFITS

Daily wage: PHP 695/day
Monthly KPI Bonus + PHP 1,000 Attendance Bonus
Total earning: PHP 18,000–23,000/month

WORKING INFORMATION

Working Type: Onsite

Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
