PART-TIME LIVE HOST

JOB DESCRIPTION

GIP is looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Live Host to join our growing team. The Live Host will be responsible for hosting livestream sessions, introducing and promoting products, engaging with viewers, and driving sales on TikTok Shop and other E-commerce platforms.

1. Livestream Hosting

  • Host livestream sessions to introduce and sell products on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
  • Build engaging and entertaining livestream content to attract viewers and drive livestream GMV.
  • Set up livestream sessions via mobile phone on the seller’s channel.
  • Interact with viewers, respond to comments, answer questions, and maintain an energetic atmosphere throughout the livestream.
  • Encourage viewers to purchase products, follow the channel, and share the livestream.

2. Content & Campaign Support

  • Prepare livestream scripts and content based on products and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to prepare livestream scripts, promotions, and content.
  • Participate in product training and thoroughly understand product features before each livestream.
  • Participate in creating short-form content for TikTok/Reels when required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good English communication skills and confidence in speaking English during livestreams.
  • Presentable appearance and confidence in front of the camera.
  • Basic makeup and styling skills.
  • Experience as a Live Host, KOC, Creator, or Online Seller is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, outgoing personality, and the ability to naturally engage and attract viewers.
  • Responsible, punctual, positive, and willing to learn.
  • Passionate about social media, livestreaming, and E-commerce.
  • Willing to continuously improve livestream hosting and selling skills.

WORKING INFORMATION

Working Type: Onsite

Working Hours:
4–8 hours/day | Monday – Sunday
Flexible schedule based on livestream sessions.

Employees may request up to 4 days off per month, with no more than 2 consecutive days off. Days off cannot fall on Sale Day, Sale +1, or Sale -1.

Work Location:
GIP Main Office – Nova Flourish Building, Zabarte Road, Kaligayahan, Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines.
